Please note, her correct hairstyle is the ponytail. Ignore the pictures where she has a bun, they're old. Her ref sheet for the Smash 'n Bash is different from her SDL profile, because she wasn't originally an SDL character. This is much closer to her real character:
Name: Autumn Rain. Age: somewhere in between 18 and 28 years old. Hair Color: Muddy yellow-brown. Eyes: Completely black and highly reflective. Ethnicity: She looks European Build: She's fairly tall and thin.
She fights with an elegant and precise style, that seems to have an attack and counter for every situation. She dislikes untidy or undisiplined fighters, because she can't predict their movements as well as she can practised fighters. Her weapons are the three metal spikes on each shoe, which also make climbing easier. She also has a set of brass knuckles. They don't have spikes on them.
She is very fast and agile, and has as much physical strength as could be expected from an expert fighter. She's blind, but uses a form of ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) to see her surroundings. This means she can see perfectly well behind objects and 360 degrees, for quite a good distance. This makes it almost impossible to sneak up on her.
If it looks like she's loosing a fight she'll run, and she'd much rather talk her way out of bad situations that fight. She dissaproves of violence in other people, but is perfectly willing to use it herself if someone gets in her way. She somehow doesn't seem to think rules apply to herself, but luckily she has quite a firm set of morals. She does, however, adhere to the rules strictly in games and competitions.
She hates it when people don't get her jokes, but apart from that she's easy to make friends with. She doesn't like hurting people, but will if she has too. She speaks quietly and politely, but is also very sarcastic and insulting if she's talking to someone who she doesn't like. She can be arrogant and pushy, is a natural leader, and doesn't like loosing competitions (but won't resort to cheating).
She always has a deck of cards on her and if she looses it, will go to any lengths to get a new one, even if it means traveling overseas.
History: She refuses to admit to having any kind of background whatsoever. She is possibly of noble birth (she certainly acts like it), but her country of origin is unknown (not hard to piece together for people outside the story, though).
Her time is spent looking for a place called Tyrant's Fell, a legendary city and castle. The catch is, all the legends say that it floats thousands of meters in the air, above the clouds. Most people (those who have heard of it, anyway) don't think it exists. She's travelled all over the world looking for it. While Tyrant's Fell itself remains hidden, she has found legends of it in most of the countries she's visited, which means either the legend has travelled or the city has. Whether Tyrant's Fell exists or not is entirely beside the point.
She is no stranger to technology and magic, having travelled to other dimensions often for tournaments and such. Her 'home' is in present day America, where she is known as Redeye and acts as a superhero.
She is a member of the Samurai Duelers League and most recently entered the Winter Brawl, where she lost to Trevor in the first round. She became friends with him and hung around to cheer him on. Later she joined the fight when he battled the King, then went back to Feudal Japan to continue her search for Tyrant's Fell.
When Trevor showed up and invited her to join another tournament. She accepted his invite in exchange for a rematch, although she probably would have joined anyway, for the chance to see old friends again.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
